Policies and Procedures

Fees:

• Fees for lessons and classes will be paid on a monthly basis by the 15th of the month following services rendered.
• A 15.00 late charge will be applied after the 15th of the month.
• Students will pay an annual registration fee of 30.00 to cover administrative costs.

Makeups:

• Due to scheduling limitations, no makeups will be offered.  However, students will only be charged for lessons/classes attended.  Of note, failure to notify instructor of a cancellation will be counted as a lesson/class attended.

Withdrawals and Refunds:

• A full refund will be provided to students withdrawing from classes prior to or during the first week of instruction.

• The Music Academy, while a separate entity, is please to be affiliated with Redeemer Lutheran Church in Huntington Beach.  As such, we teach Christian songs and hymns, including the theology upon which they are based, as part of our regular curriculum.
